I leave for a camp in New York this Friday and I am super excited! I made notecards for them because we write the campers notes each night and I made them creaseless hair ties too.
I made 3 types of notes: a scalloped note, a chevron note, and a distressed note.
Supplies for the Notes:Scrapbook Paper
Adhesive Scrapbook Paper
Decorative Edge Scissors
Heart Distressing Tool
Supplies for Creaseless Hair Ties:
Scrapbook Paper
DIY Creasless Hair Ties
EK Tools Thin Marker Set
Flower Stickers
Step 1: I folded my scrapbook paper into 1/4th's and then cut the 1/4th's out.
Step 2: I cut my adhesive scrapbook paper in half.
Scalloped Note
I put the adhesive scrapbook paper in the center of the 1/4th of my scrapbook paper.
I trimmed the edge of the 1/4th of my scrapbook paper with my scalloping edge scissors.
Chevron Note
I put the adhesive scrapbook paper in the center of the 1/4th of my scrapbook paper.I trimmed the edge of the 1/4th of my scrapbook paper with my chevron edge scissors.
Distressed Note
I put the adhesive scrapbook paper in the center of the 1/4th of my scrapbook paper.I distressed the edges with my heart distressing tool.
I made about 50 cards so that I will have enough to write for each night to all my campers.
I also bought cute stickers to put on the cards.
Here's the finished notes:
I made some DIY Creasless Hair Ties for the girls and put them on a piece of scrapbook paper. I wrote a bible verse and signed my name. I added lines to what a wrote to make it look cuter. I also added flower stickers to make them look even cuter.I am so excited to go to camp and give my campers what I made them! My parents wish that I would stay home this summer, but I know that I will be blessed to be able to go to this camp and be with these awesome kids!
